I decided to make a little list of all the projects I'm doing, plan doing or at least would like to do sometimes in the future.
I personally have no real hope of ever realizing all of them (will be glad if I at least manage to finish the ones I'm already writing), so if any of the ones that aren't in works captures your attention enough, tell me.
So let's get started.
Blue Something
My original project. A dark and cynical comedy about amoral people, taking place in a bizarre world where magic and science co-exist and where your most sick imaginations can come true in the most unpleasant ways.
Currently writing the 8th chapter, which is the fourth and last chapter of the second introduction arc
Two more introduction arcs ahead and then the "real story" begins
Nick of Darkness
A fanfic and re-imagining. A crossover between various Nickelodeon cartoon and the World of Darkness franchise. The various Nicktoons are re-imagined as inhabitants of the old and new World of Darkness universes and thrown into a sinister plot.
So far one chapter was written. After finishing the 8th chapter of Blue Something, I will resume work on this series.
Expect to see ghosts, hunters and FAIRIES!
Blue Days
A spin-off of Blue Something. It follows various Blue Something characters from their childhoods until shortly before the start of BS.
It is supposed to tell us about how they used to be when they were younger and how they became what they are now.
It's meant to be less cynical than the main series, and instead focus on the more bitter-sweet aspects of the characters life.
May be told as part of the main series.
Chronicles of Mlieko
Another Blue Something spin-off. This one centred around the character of Dr. Mlieko. It's intended to be a series of horror shorts, telling of the doctors various activities trough the eyes of his former "employees"
Nothing for the faint of heart.
*unnamed*
A extremely ambitious project I have no hope of realizing since it requires lots of artwork from skilled artists, which is something I'm not.
It takes place in a alternate early 21st century, in a world where Christianity and Islam never existed and Judaism was just a extremely minor religion.
As a result history went slightly different. Some events like the great migration, fall of the Roman Empire or Mongolian invasions still happened since they were inevitable. Other things like the crusades or the inquisition however never happened. Europe has formed close ties with the technologically more advanced middle-east and the Renaissance came much sooner alto in a completely different form. Europe evolved under a strong cultural influence of Persia except for the relatively isolated British isles.
The discovery and colonization of America were less genocidal, even thou fights were inevitable. The Aztecs became vassals to the Persian empire.
The possibilities are endless.
A major part of the project are extensive designs of architecture, clothing and other artistic designs that may have developed in this alternative world.
So if you feel like it, you may take this as a inspiration.
I may give a bit more detailed info on this world someday.
Nazi Douche-bags
A series with potential for great controversy.
By the end of World War 2, three German Nazi officers were fleeing with a large amount of Nazi-gold. They found refugee in a storehouse where Hitler kept all those secret weapons that for some reason never really worked. After a minor incident with one of the inventions, the three Nazis along with their gold are transported in time and space into early 21st century California. After a initial shock, they decide to start a new life amongst the rich and beautiful.
Hilarity ensures as the three ruthless and stinking rich foreigners move to a neighbourhood full of Paris Hilton wannabes.
Sunshinevile
My attempt at a slice-of-life story. Follows the everyday life of a group of eccentric students as they face day-to-day issues like bullying, censorship, internet celebrities, religious cults, alien abductions...
You know, the classical stuff that happens to teenagers.
Gamertropolis
One of the four major cities of Imaginationland, and the home to all videogame characters.
If you ever watched on-line series like "Hi, I'm a Marvel and I'm a DC" , "There Will Be Brawl" or "Video Game Confessions" you'll probably know what to expect.
Featuring Mario, Link, Captain Falcon, Sonic the Hedgehog, Shadow the Hedgehog, Kratos, Master Chief, Marcus Fenix, Pyramid Head and many more!
Also featuring occasional guest-appearances on non-gaming characters.
Dreamworld
No plot has been so far conceived.
Only thing so far that is clear is that it's going to be a crossover between Super Mario bros., Legend of Zelda, Little Nemo, Commander Keen, NiGHTS, A Nightmare on the Elmstreet and Sandman. Maybe even some elements of Yume Nikki.
And of course the fact that the whole thing takes place in the dreamworld.
Cyberworld
Similar to Dreamworld.
It's a crossover between Digimon, Megaman Battle Network, Kabuki Quantum Fighter, Tron and the Matrix.
And of course, it takes place in cyberspace.
Mandy vs
A set of stories which pits Mandy from the Grim Adventures against other characters and entities that can be considered worthy opponents to the Devil Child. Who em I kidding, they are the ones whoi can reduce her to a bloody pulp or a drooling wreck of ther former self.
Alma from F.E.A.R. - another creepy girl, but with God-like psychic powers.
AM from I Have No Mouth, and I Must Scream - a sadistic and deranged God-like supercomputer with immense hatred towards all life and especially humans. Has a talent of using a persons greatest fear against themselves.
the town of Silent Hill - this city is a "living" entity unto itself. It can pull a persons greatest fears and insecurities deep from within their psyche, twist them and make them come real in the most hideous and disturbing ways possible.
Kafuka Fuura from Sayonara Zetsubo Sensei - Mandy's exact moral opposite, the very embodiment of cheerfulness and optimism. Yet equally (if not even more) deadly as Mandy. Don't let the smile fool you. There's a quite twisted mind hidden underneath.
Ryougi Shiki from Kara no Kyoukai - In some ways, the Japanese counterpart of Mandy. Similar in personality. While Mandy has the Grim Reaper under her control, Shiki has the "Mystic Eyes of Death Perception", a supernatural ability that allows the user to see the inherent mortality of everything (both living and non-living) in the form of lines and a single point. A cut along any line will bifurcate the object, no matter the sharpness of cutting tool used, and a stab at the point destroys the object's origin, causing instant death.
Also, unlike Mandy, Shiki isn't afraid of her emotions as much. She is a good example that you can have a soft side without it making you weak.
New Amalgam
Some of you may know about the DC/Marvel crossover storyline "Amalgam" in which they always had one DC and one Marvel character fuse into one new hero.
Some of the combinations were pretty neat, others not so much.
I decided it would be a nice idea to re-visit this concept.
However taking a slightly different direction.
More closer to the AU stories by DC like "Superman: Speeding Bullets" (in which Kal-El became Batman) or "Batman: In Darkest Knight" (in which Bruce Wayne becomes Green Lantern).
I'll most likely keep some of the combinations from the original Amalgam like Batman/Wolverine or Green Lantern / Iron-Man with only a few alterations, but may completely rework other concepts. For example I'm liking the idea of a Superman / Silver Surfer combo.
May also due other Amalgams, like mixing American Superheroes with Japanese Anime characters (Superman/Son-Goku? Batman/Sasuke? Spiderman/Naruto?) or do something absolutely bizarre (Casper the Friendly Ghost Rider?)
*sigh* so many ideas, so little time
