State of the newly acquired building

Introduction
This report describes the problems concerning the newly acquired building, and makes suggestions concerning the possible ways to deal with them.
This information comes from the inspection of the building from last week.

Problems
1. The electrical circuit on the left wing of the first floor does not work properly. An attempt to use electricity in this part of the building usually results in a blackout.
2. The lights on the right wing of the first floor either don't work or are nearing the end of their lifespan.
3. The water pipes in the right wing of the first floor are leaking and the rooms 17A, 18B and 19B are partially flooded.
4. Due to the partial flooding of the right wing of the first floor, water is leaking trough the ceiling, causing the ground floor to rot
5. A bat colony has taken residence in the left wing of the second roof. Their excrement are corroding the floor.

Recommendations
The reparations will most likely take a large amount of money, however it is located in a lucrative part of the city near the center and therefor our investments will be returned.
A possible alternative would be selling the estate.
